In the spirit of the season Abu Garcia has been granting wishes of its facebook fans by posting comments and selecting fans’ wishes to receive gifts. On December 15th, the brand posted asking consumers “who they would give a reel to and why”, then watched the responses roll in.
“After hearing those stories, we couldn't resist granting several wishes on the list”, stated Abu Garcia Brand Manager, Chris Derrick.
“A son was able to give his father that scarifies so much for the family a new reel, and military service men and women were able to go fishing with several new combos. Two other fans received reels for loved ones.”
