Bought and used one time. Set the hook in a 1.9lb bass and the base of the reel broke. Returned it and bought a shimano Slx DC. Hate it broke it felt really good the hour I got to use it. Returned it yesterday.

They have horrible customer service. My rod was broken when it was delivered and no one will answer my calls or emails on how to get my money back.
