    Northern pike

    Bought this combo for a trip to Canada. It handled a 40 and 38 inch pike like I hoped it would. Can’t beat it for the price.

    The Best Reel and Rod Combo

    Hands down the Best combo for the price. The max x reel is incredibly smooth both casting and retrieving. The max x 7ft rod has a great feel to it. The action and sensitivity of the rod definitely gives you an advantage of feeling every bump and bite. I have really enjoyed my max x combos I definitely recommend this product to anyone. I only fish with Abu Garcia rod and reels and always will.

    Great rod and real combo

    Bought two of these for myself and my son. This is our first baitcaster and so far so good. The available adjustments help minimize/eliminate any bird's nests as we get more practice in. Highly recommend
