It shipped with no paper work and website has no instructions or owners manuals posted. Every call (3) to customer service required a day wait for a response. Always pleasant, but no follow up yet. Tried the Pure Fishing customer service website but no info there either. Filled out a contact inquiry with my questions. No response in 10 days. I’m not sure they’re still in business — and I’m very concerned if I ever need actual warranty service.
