If it was possible to give zero stars that’s what I would give.
One of the fishing rods arrived without the tip and when we reported the damaged rod, you guys gave us the run around after emailing you everything you requested as to proof of the damage.

Showed up broken!!
Seems like a nice rod and reel but unfortunately it Showed up with tip broken out of the box. would like a replacement!

My go to rod.
