Ordered this along with Jordan lee spinning combo and some rod covers. All the other stuff was great and I already had one other Jordan lee spinning combo which I love. I also have an abu black max bait caster which is great. I had a Zata for a year that I loved that I lost when I had a kayak turn over…. However, the Jordan lee bait cast combo arrived messed up. The bottom eyelet is missing the ceramic ring. I didn’t think that was too big of a deal. It would be easier to fix than ship. That however wasn’t the worst problem. Every eyelet is offset from the reel itself. Not just slightly like probably a 30 degree offset. I’ve sent a bunch of emails and no one has replied. I called twice and no one has answered. I sent in three new warranty claims which haven’t been responded too. I messaged them on Facebook the Facebook page responded saying to submit a warranty claim. I’d already done two and after that is when I did the third. It’s been almost a week and I’m aggravated. Hopefully they respond soon because I’ve always liked there products…. I guess if they never do at least I have the reel. Too much mess.
