    First bait caster

    Great action on the rod smooth casting reel pulled in a few bass with this one.

    Black Max combo medium action. Medium power

    I caught several fish on it. Not big bass but about pound pound and a half ones and it performed well. This real cast very good. The line went on evenly. I was very happy with it for the price. I was extremely happy to get a rod and reel combo that that would work like that and I like the usually. I have a longer rod but the 66 rod was very good to cast. It felt good. It was a good deal.

    Never Received and No Response

    My son ordered this rod back in June. He received an email from UPS that it was damaged. Abu Garcia has yet to contact us about it being damaged. We have called at least 3 days a week every week since June. No one will call us back nor answer the phone. We have even used the contact form on the website and never received a response. Tracking number shows a new label was created July 10th and nothing! We either want the rod or his money back asap! We are contacting the Better Business Bureau.
