Great rod
First day using this rod, I hooked up with a 38" bull red off my jon boat. Granted, it took me 25 minutes to land it. It handled it with ease!

So SLICK!
This newest version of the Abu Garcia Vengeance rod is an amazing piece of work that is so SharP, Slick, & Sensitive! The look, the feel, it all works so well it's mind blowing that such a fantastic fishing rod cost so little! Even though the cost is low the quality is SO HIGH! I have the previous version Vengeance and I must say i like this Version BEST! Especially the grip/Reel seat and those Amazingly designed Fuji guides. It's so balanced and so Sensitive that I can decipher any subtle change to my bait helping discern light strikes from fall leaves! Just another Great Rod added to my collection of wonderful Abu Garcia rods. I can't wait to set the hook into a new PB Smallmouth with this baby!

Great rod
Love the rod. Action a bit stiff. I was wanting a ultra light rod I guess ? Abu stopped making ultra lights. Was trying to replace a abu from 20 years ago. guess I will replace eyes on old rod.
